Let’s Recognize the Outstanding in our State!

WAEE helps to promote EE in the state of WI by giving out environmental education awards to amazing educators around the state. We want to recognize those educators that go above and beyond to make sure their students are environmentally literate. WAEE gives awards to companies, schools, students, administrators and centers for their incredible dedication, work and support for environmental education in the state of WI. We would love your help in finding folks that deserve an award this year. Below are the descriptions of the awards that WAEE gives out. Please read through the list and consider nominating someone in your world!

Not sure who to nominate? WI’s Plan for Environmentally Literate and Sustainable Communities is a great place to read the goals and objectives of the environmental education and sustainable living worlds. Take a look at this Plan and see who you know that exemplifies the ideas that are laid out in the plan! Then see which award category they fit into best!
